This is a photographic docummentation project on Hong Kong’s exacerbating emigration phenomenon. The work studied local Hongkongers aged 20-30 who had immigrated to the U.K. and were in the midst of fulfilling a minimum of 7-year stay to obtain the legal right of abode in the UK. The documentary lens captured their new British homes of mixed temporalities and fused cultures.
